If you haven’t heard, club member Rich Vance’s son, Chip Vance, has a new project in the works. Chip owns and operates Auto Assets in Powell, OH. You may remember, he was kind enough to open up his place for a monthly club meeting a few years back, giving us a tour of the shop and some of the awesome cars he had there at the time, including his own race car.
Chip’s new project is called “Horsepower Farms.” It will be a sportsman’s club located in southern Delaware County off of Home Rd. that offers vehicle storage condominiums for sale.
